You are Unique

Just as 2 throws can never be the same, no 2 people can be the same. (Error, by Daniel Kahnemann) There are too many variables- neural junctions- that go into a throw that no 2 throws are ever the same. Similarly, although the human has a similar make up, each person will have individual traits that make them unique. In Eye of the Champion, by Daniel Laby, he describes how through practice we wont change our make up but will improve and benefit from that improvement.

“People can perceive color very differently from each other,” says neuroscientist Beau Lotto, on the program, “Living Color, Nature of Things, CBC April 26,2026. Because color is just a perception interpreted by the brain, it is deduced that a ball thrown in the air is also perceived differently by each individual,” Says Sir Drop-A-Lot. Althought these differences can be very small, it stands to reason that each person, uniquely, will be on their own learning and development path. That all the factors, physically, physiologically, and neurologically will be unique for every throw and every individual. Yet, one word is unifying and positive: practice. While everyone’s path toward improvement will vary, we will all see improvement with practice.
