This Foundational workshop is a chance to make a pass.

1. Learning the Juggling Metaphor for life: I believe that learning to juggle mimics mindfulness. So where you can apply mindfulness, juggling can also assist and aid.

2. Juggling, and the process of learning to juggle, can give similar insight into other activities and sports.

It is one workshop, (2 hours) to have a great memory, and a relatable life experience.
