Terry Jones - Long time Coach of the Beaver Valley Nitehawks:
“The Beaver Valley Nitehawks were fortunate to have Aladar and his son Spencer teach us some juggling techniques. It was very fun, and after the session I found that many of the players really took to it, and it became part of theur regular daily pre-game or practice routine.
They found juggling to be something that was challenging, and an activity that you could see continuous improvement. Some felt that there focus and mental preparation improved as well.”

“During my time coaching youth soccer, we incorporated juggling into the beginning of our training sessions under his guidance. What initially seemed like a simple skill-building exercise quickly proved to be one of the most valuable developmental tools we introduced to our players.
Through consistent juggling practice, I witnessed noticeable improvements in our athletes’ coordination, balance, and overall ball control. Their first touch improved, their confidence with the ball at their feet increased, and they became more comfortable operating in tight spaces during games. Beyond the technical benefits, juggling required focus, persistence, and self-discipline. Players learned to push through frustration, set personal goals, and take pride in measurable progress — all qualities that translated directly onto the field.
I also observed improvements in concentration and mental sharpness at the start of sessions. Beginning practice with juggling helped players settle in, focus their attention, and engage both mentally and physically before moving into more complex drills.
Perhaps most importantly, he created a positive and encouraging environment. Players of all skill levels felt motivated to improve at their own pace, and he emphasized development over comparison. That approach built confidence and fostered a growth mindset within the team.
I strongly believe he would be an asset to any youth program looking to develop technically skilled, focused, and confident young players. I highly recommend him to coach and teach juggling to young athletes.”
